America's Tire

I wasn't going to bother writing a review, cause it doesn't solve anything, then America's Tire keeps sending me emails to post a review, so I guess I'll do what they ask. For the record, I've been going to Ameriac's Tire for 15+ years, and used to always recommend them to anyone that asked where to get tires. This last time just ruined it. I had an appointment and ended up waiting for 1.5 hours, while guests that didn't even have appointments would come after me then leave before me, I noticed one did go to Starbucks next door and buy the employee a drink, I guess that's the trick to moving ahead in line. Or maybe its because I didn't bite on their upselling of trying to add wipers, like I don't need to be asked 10 times its annoying, ask once and thats it. After all that, they left g

Had a flat tire and went to the Discount Tire shop across the street, waited for 2 hours for nothing. Then I called America’s Tire—so glad I did! They had my tires in stock and changed them right away. Super fast and friendly service. Huge thanks to Eri for helping us—you truly saved my day!

Best customer service I've received in a long time. I went to a different location first and had horrible service. Came here and they are quick, helpful, priced fairly- they also price match! Came back on a second visit and watched the team helping customers, all the bays full, employees hustling while offering exceptional service. Ramone was great. Can't recommend them enough!

I had an amazing experience at America’s Tire in Orange, especially thanks to Uriel and the whole team. I came in with a tire pressure issue and they diagnosed the problem right away — no runaround, no upselling, no pressure. They were straight up with me and told me exactly what was going on with my wheel. They didn’t try to push the rims they had for sale in the lobby; they simply explained that my wheel needed to be replaced, not repaired, and why. I left, found a replacement wheel, and came back. They mounted, balanced, and transferred everything for only $25, which honestly blew my mind. He always takes the time to explain the condition of my tires, offers honest guidance, and genuinely looks out for my best interest without ever being pushy.
