They did a great job fitting me in at the end of the day when I had a flat tire in the rain. Even though the shop was packed, they got me outta there in a couple hours and didn't leave until all the cars were done. Helpful and professional staff too. Also gave me a discount on a higher priced tire so I didn't have to come back another time for tires that would have to ordered.

I have been use this store for almost ten years and replaced my tires twice total 8 tires which cost about $1700. I just replaced my tires earlier this year, they said 5000 miles can be get rotation and balance for free . I mad an appointment 10:15 this morning. When I got there they keeping me waiting until 11:10 for check in. Until 11:35 someone started to pick up my car on the street. Then I got a text message at 11:39 they said all services were completed. Actually they didn’t do anything even made it worse. Before I got there the four tire of air were PSI 30 , when I drove back from there shop I noticed they filled up the left side of front tire PSI 38 right side of rear tire PSI 36. Absolutely unacceptable and dishonest! ​I went to American Tires for a simple patch on my tire, as it only had a nail. The tires were perfectly fine, less than two years old, and were totally repairable. ​I was told the service wouldn't take long, but I ended up waiting forever. When I stepped outside, the employee conveniently rolled over a tire, claiming it was mine and damaged beyond repair, which I know was not the case. ​This felt like a clear con, as they then forced me to buy a new. The manager gave me a ridiculous excuse, and I ended up paying way more than a simple patch. The situation was totally wrong and deceiving.

Amazing place to get all of your road hazard safety needs inspected, friendly staff, service with a smile, and most importantly a place where receipts are generated and guaranteed.

Update on 09/2025: made an appointment online for tire rotation and little wait time due to high number of customers!! Original: Excellent Service and Quick Tire Change! Made an early appointment and ordered the tire through their website—everything was seamless. Check-in was quick and easy, and they had the new tire installed in about 20 minutes. Great service, efficient process, and overall a hassle-free experience. Highly recommended Bought Cooper Endeavour tire.
