America's Tire

I suspect won’t see such a great shop ever. The place is clean, well equipped, spacious with unlimited parking lots. I accidentally used to business to receive and install my snow tires for a winter mountain trip, hell have I had the luck! I since came twice a year to rotate my high end tires with snow ones, brought Motohome for high pressure tires and TPMS installations, every single time the professionals exceeded my expectation, for small job considered by them, free of charge and no gratitude is accepted. The place is a piece of America that still exists.

I booked an appointment for new tires for my truck. I arrived on time, and they were ready for me. Everything about buying tires from America's Tires was easy, from ordering online to booking the appointment. They called when the tires came in and offered to install them earlier if I was available. Unfortunately, I could not come in earlier. The new tires and alignment took less than an hour from the time I pulled in. I spent the entire time watching their operation from the window looking into the shop area. I have to say I am impressed with this store and the employees. It is a testament to the management with how well run this shop was. Every employee knew what was expected of them and they did it. I watched the manager over the course of the hour, and he interacted with every employee

Just had my 31 x 10.5 x 15 tires balanced recently on my Ford Ranger XLT 4.0L V6. The weights on one side fell off. I called set an appointment for same day. I was able to just drive right over. There was no charge since I originally purchased them from another company but had them shipped to America's Tire and they installed them and provided the initial balance & alignment. The service man told me he decided just to add new weights to every single tire and have all 4 balanced and it was going to take an extra 10-15 minutes. I was fine with that. 5 stars for great service, no charge, no waiting in line. I just sat down in their lobby and played on the phone.

I called Americas Tire and spoke to gentleman named Adam and he was extremely professional and kind, he gave us EXCEPTIONAL service. Our elderly friend had a flat tire and she was stranded on the side of road we called a tow truck and then called Americas Tire and Adam said because it is an emergency and we get there before close he would get her tire fixed what’s more the wheel lock was lost so he helped with that too. We came in and had EXCEPTIONAL service and kindness. Made customers for life Thank you Adam.

Saturday 9am, 2 cars, tires rotated/balanced, done and out driving within 15 minutes. 10/10 would come back again. Great service.
