America's Tire

Purchased new tires for my truck. I did the purchasing online and booked an appointment for Saturday morning (typically a busy day). America’s tire and discount tire typically have the best price, and this was true in my case. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Friendly staff and decent waiting room. Overall great experience.

I’ve been to five different America’s Tire locations across America for both emergencies and appointments, and the service has been consistently outstanding. Even when it’s busy, the team keeps you informed and genuinely makes you feel taken care of. Today, Luis helped us after we picked up a puncture in Sequoia National Park. He was honest, knowledgeable, and patiently walked me through my options before proceeding. I was worried we’d need to replace the tire, but it turned out to be a much smaller issue. He checked our tire pressure, made sure everything was safe, and we were back on the road to LA with peace of mind. Thank you, Luis!

The staff at the front counters (Luis and Austin) just to mention a few are awesome! Very honest and you don’t feel pressured into buying tires. They are very helpful and informative! This America Tires location is just the best in our town! I have 5 cars and buy all of my tires here! And now they have an alignment machine! Really awesome …as tires and alignments go together and I don’t have to go somewhere else to get an alignment for my cars! The technicians in the shop are also very helpful and are always very polite! If I was out of town working and my wife or daughters needed tires…I would feel very comfortable sending them to this location for tires.. So I’ve been a customer here for a while now, two cars and multiple sets of tires over the years. Always had great service till today. Pulled in to get the air pressure checked, two cars were in line ahead of me. No one ever acknowledged any of us sitting there. I waited for 15 minutes….the car ahead of me started to back out so I backed out also and then the guy at the front of the line backed out too. . At no point did anyone come out to let us know it was gonna be a wait. Workers looked our way several times but no one came over……they didn’t look very busy either, just kinda ignored us all.

I usually go to Costco, but came here because I had a flat and couldn't get in at Costco. The staff here are very helpful and hw got me credit on a tire I didn't even buy here. There service is fast and friendly. I must admit, I will come back.
