America's Xpress Rent A Car

They are rude.. Especially the guy at the front desk . I remember renting cars here when we were younger. This time it was an emergency. But the car they gave me my phone wasn't an iPhone so it didn't work on the GPS they gave me a a car that someone smoked in cuz the seat belt was so infused with smoke Everytime I got in the car id want to throw up from that smell. I got a nail in the car. I called them. Another guy told me to fix it and he will give me the refund once I got there to return. I took the car back Friday explained to rude guy he proceeded to talk to me like I was 10. N say he didn't put the nail n the car . Ok like I got up n said let me flatten this tire today. I told him it's Koo I'm not tripping I am just telling u what the other guy had said when I called. I waste 26 do

I've used Xpress Rent A Car for years , now and I've never had a issue; 5 stars, always. We're in the the new year. So I'm calling Xpress Car Rental right after writing this review to reserve a vehicle.

It was so hard to find a place last minute to rent us a 15 passenger van to attend a funeral in Colorado and we came across this place and they were great was able to reserve and pick up same day and was able to be on the road by midnight staff was so helpful and polite will definitely be coming back if we ever need a large vehicle again highly recommend this place.

The owner is severely incompetent . The car was brought back on full !! He tells us there isn’t enough gas and has his worker drive to the gas station to see how much gas that needed to be put in it to be fully “full” (keep in mind the fact that he drove to the gas station means that he used more gas, but OK) .. came back and said we owed $12. Not to mention that you also used up gas to drive back so did it really matter?. I’m asking the guy why would he let his worker drive away to check instead of coming to the car to look and see that gage is literally on F .. he ignores me so I say it louder and he says that he doesn’t have to answer me because I’m looking for an argument .. (no I’m looking for answers).. The old white guy then goes “well I’m the owner so it doesn’t matter” like okay

I was looking into renting a car meanwhile my car is in the shop. They were asking for my paystub. This was my first time a company asked for this information.
