Ameritech Tires- 24 Hours New & Used Tire Shop in Capitol Heights

I recently had a disappointing experience at Ameritech 24 Hour Tire Shop in Capitol Heights. I brought my Maserati in for a tire service, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a mistake. An employee put a bad tire on my car, despite acknowledging that he could see it was in poor condition. I pointed out that the tire was oddly shaped and asked him to put my spare back on, but he refused and insisted I keep it on. To make matters worse, he charged me $100 and sent me on my way. I could barely drive over 20 mph all the way back to Upper Marlboro, which was incredibly unsafe. The next day, I had to buy two new tires, and the technician at the new shop informed me that someone had sold me a rotted tire. I called the owner the next day to explain my experience, hoping for some resolution, bu

Wasn’t sure if my flat could be fixed or if I’d need new tires in Greater Landover. They inspected it thoroughly and even showed me the damage. Ended up saving money and avoiding a bad purchase. Crazy how much difference that inspection made.

Went to get a used tire here in May 2025. Two days later, the tire was completely flat with no indication of nail or glass puncturing the tire. A friend who removed it for me said that the tire was dry and shouldn’t have been sold to me. I called this place and mentioned that the tire became flat and instead of asking to inspect the tire, they just made excuses. I DO NOT recommend this place. Even if you get a receipt, they won’t refund you. I needed having to buy a new tire and I returned to them the used dry one they sold to me.

Terrible quality tires and caused damaged to my rim. Will never recommend or come here ever again.

Fraud !!!!!! Don’t come here ! They put the wrong size tire on my car and a tire I purchased 2 months ago is now completely bald . If you’re a female they will take advantage of you
