Unfortunately, I had a rather poor experience here. I was encouraged by the reviews but I brought my Tesla in for repair and received an estimate. I accepted the estimate but after taking my car in I got a call 4 days later when they finally got to it and said the estimate was now revised almost $1,000 more. They missed a straightforward aspect of the repair and so it felt a bit like a bait and switch. No consideration for my wasted time for the Ubers to go to and from the shop. I decided to go with a different repair shop and given how long the car sat I asked for even a small charge to get it to the next location in my text wasn't even answered. Pretty spiteful. I would not recommend this facility. A shame. The previous reviews seemed good but I was treated pretty badly.

You know how you always doubt if you are being "robbed" by your mechanic? Well, rest assured AMES is there to HELP you. They helped me deal with a very difficult insurance company. They helped me find better prices for parts. They were patient holding my car at their place while dealing with the insurance. AAAND at the end they did a great job with my Audi convertible: it looks and runs AS new! I only have praise for Olga and AMES. I wish all my service providers were as honest, as patient, as hard working and as good as AMES.

After I hit a bush with my car I wanted to put a new bumper on and it took it to Ames and it cam out amazing! Marco and everyone else were super friendly and they were such a big help in getting this done I love how this came out.
