Don’t get me wrong my salesmen who served me was amazing and very upfront, but this sadly is one of them dealerships with THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS in hidden fees. I’m a younger man (18) who was looking for an Infinity Q60. I know that might not be normal for people my age but that’s my situation. Multiple times throughout negotiation was I disregarded until I had to say it was MY MONEY buying the car not my dads. After telling them i’m not interested due to all the hidden fees I was told to “ Go talk to daddy about it and get back to me”. This is not somewhere I would recommend to anyone, hopefully someone doesn’t waste 100 miles of gas like I did.
I worked with Alex the sales manager he gave me straight up prices and answers to my questions and and made it a enjoyable experience I would highly recommend to anybody needing a car to visit him!
