The install was neat, clean and most importantly on schedule and at the stated cost of installation. Patrick took the time to fully explain the operation of the unit to both my wife and myself. Patrick and Diane are top- notch! We are so thankful for the counseling they gave in helping us choose the safest and most economical adaptations to allow my husband who is a recent amputee to regain his independence and drive. Once the type of adaptation was decided upon, Diane wasted no time in ensuring the parts needed were ordered and when they arrived (sooner than expected) she scheduled immediate installation. Patrick not only expertly installed the equipment but was beyond patient with us in teaching how to safely use it. Diane drove over an hour (each way), gave me a ride back home, after I dropped off Grey, my 2022 Chrysler Pacifica at their location. Diane then picked me up from South Jersey and brought me to their location, in Central Jersey to pick up Grey, when they were done with installations. I am writing this review on behalf of my father who had an amazing experience at Ams Vans in Dayton Nj. My father had been having an ongoing issue with his remote for his handicap van which is essential for him to use for his motorized scooter and ramp for his dr appointments.When he spoke to Diane she spoke with professionalism and concern to get his issue resolved. When my father got there Patrick his tech went well above and beyond to resolve the issue (which by the way was not easy seeing as my fathers remote system is all after market and no longer being made). Patrick not only resolved the issue but took extra time to show my father a way resolve it on his own if it should happen again. Diane and Patrick are total assets to have on your team!!!
