I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so unacceptable that I feel obligated to warn others. I brought my vehicle to this tire shop expecting a straightforward service and instead experienced what felt like complete dishonesty and dangerous negligence. First, I was charged additional fees that were never clearly explained upfront. The final price was significantly higher than what I was originally told, and when I questioned it, John — the employee I dealt with — handled the situation in an extremely unprofessional and dismissive manner. Rather than explaining the charges transparently, he spoke as if I wouldn’t understand, which felt like an attempt to take advantage of my assumed lack of automotive knowledge. I have known Jon Amsler and Anthony Phillips for seven years. I have had my car serviced at Amsler's regularly. Jon is bright, energetic, hard working, and customer service oriented. Anthony is a gifted mechanic, and also hard working. It has been my pleasure to know these two fine men who work daily to serve their customers. In the recent past, Jon hired two mechanics, Christian and Nate. They are both friendly, talented mechanics who show up every day and work hard to please their customers. Recently, I purchased a vehicle from Jon and am very satisfied with my purchase.
