Great Service with Great Products! I picked up some AMSOIL products for my car and the order pickup was ready within two hours from purchase. When I arrived the pickup entry was very easy to access and the employess were very helpful.

As always, pickup of products went seamlessly. Ordered yesterday, picked up today. By the time I backed my truck to the door, products were ready. Fantastic products as well; I won't use anything less

In 26 years of being a dealer, I've yet to see them make a mistake. Their packaging of the Amsoil items is also very good. I recently had a package lost in shipping and I was impressed how fast they resolved it - shipping from the Portland Warehouse to help me quickly get the product.

Love the products but could use a little better customer service. I walked in to buy some 20w50 oil for my harley and instead the guy at the counter trying to help me he pointed to a phone and said order it on the phone and went back to his computer. So I picked up the phone and ordered the oil over the phone. The warehouse guy brought up the oil and said here's your stuff and went back to talking to the other guy at the counter. I was in and out in under 15 minutes but still expected a little better from Amsoil
