If you don’t want to read my situation here’s the cliff notes: - Communication is terrible - Had my vehicle for 3 MONTHS and couldn’t finish a safety - New issues with my car now and shop denies responsibility - Extremely unprofessional, save yourself the headache Brought my car in for a safety in August. After waiting 2 months for the job to be done and getting the odd apology about the delays I finally went in person to see what was going on. Guy shows me the work they did and tells me the car will be done in the next couple of days. When I started the car up I noticed a NEW vibration that would shake the entire car while idling in park. When I asked about this he tried feeding me some bull about it being something unrelated to the work they did. Then proceeded to duck my calls for 2 an
