Anchorage Car Rental

We rented the Highlander over Christmas. Ali made sure we had the snow tires. He waited outside the airport after our plane landed. The car was nice and warm when we finally got our luggage. If we ever need to rent a vehicle again, we will be calling again for sure.

Ali at Anchorage Car rental saved our Alaska vacation. we landed in Anchorage and had confirmed booking for two cars at a major national chain. But when we went to the rental counter, they said they have no more cars.. so much for "confirmed". We took a Taxi to our hotel then started frantically calling round. Everything else was sold out or was crazy expensive. When I reached Ali at Anchorage Car rental, he was very helpful. He reassured that he will have a large SUV ready for us next evening and delivered to us as promised. Sure it was not a recent year model, but it was clean and we were able to fit our entire group and all our luggage in one big SUV. We had the car for 8 days and no trouble with it.
