I recently purchased a certified used car at a KIA dealer in another city. Ancira KIA was the closest to where I live when engine light came on and my car was having significant issues. I made an appointment to bring the car in. The lady I spoke to told verified the warranty status and told me reimbursement for towing cost was covered. This turned out to be false/incorrect information. I brought my car as scheduled. The customer service Rep told me my car did not have warranty and for several days kept repeating it even when I told him it had just been purchased 42 days earlier. The service was so bad I ended up driving almost 5 hours to Conroe TX. After speaking to the manager where I bought the car, I was blessed that Cowboy KIA in Conroe stepped in and transferred the car to their servi

Ive taken my 2021 kia soul here numerous times. Nicole is very nice but i wont do business here again. I have a very well maintained car. Im very picky about my car. She has 128,000 miles on her. I came in because she misfired and a code popped up. They put it on their computer for 30 mins to 1 hr never taking it any further than a compression test which it passed with flying colors and told me it would be 8000.00 for a new motor. It was a coil pack issue. My car doesnt knock doesnt have any issues other than 1 misfire. This isnt the first time their explanation didnt make sense. So instead of 200.00 for the coil pack I paid them 200.00 to look at it and then another 200.00 for the coils we needed. Lesson learned for me. Just be careful going here.

I was charged $1104 plus tax to replace the positive battery cable for a 2019 Kia Sorento, partly due to the fact that I was charged $608 (for 3 hours of labor charges). I mentioned to the service rep when I picked up my car that the text I got for "we have started your repair" and the call that my car was ready was only about 30 minutes in time apart to which he replied "those are automated texts." Once I got home I searched the internet how long it takes and it said "with proper tools and experience 30-60 minutes." My brother, who is also a mechanic & engineer further validated this information for me. I will no longer be a customer. This is highway robbery.

This place needs customer service and efficiency training. It should not take over 2 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation. The tire pressure was not even checked. Less than 2 hours after leaving I was at Discount Tire having air added to my tires. They also were too busy to wash my car. I have been going here for over 2 years but I am done. The service has drastically deteriorated. You are sent a text survey afterwards asking about your service. When you answer that it is less than average they text back and say a live agent is reaching out to you. No one ever calls. It tells me that no one really cares. Fortunately, there are other choices in this city.

Was very upset with the service that I received that I had to bring my vehicle back and pay more parts and labor when I had already paid a lot to get it fix first time. There tech ignored the issues that they didn’t even try to make it right. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go fix their vehicle here. They just want to make buck and take advantage of customers.
