Exceptional experience. I looking up the KB value of my vehicle when it said they were interested in my vehicle. I wasn’t planning to buy just yet. I was encouraged to come in for a inspection to at least know what I’m working with. I had alot of concerns & reservations about my situation. They were patient & explained everything to me & encouraged me to try. From the buyer to Elijah (Salesman) to the manager & finance, they were wonderful. Low & behold we drove away in a vehicle.

It was great! There is no pressure to buy what you don't want. The first two vehicles my wife and I were interested in had sold within 30 minutes of looking on the computer at home and getting to the store. Our sales reps manager told us about a vehicle that we may be interested in, and it was like, from his lips to God's ears. It was EXACTLY what we were looking for. My experience was amazing. Hung was the best. Very knowledgeable and patient with this First New Car buyer. Never has a Nissa but I love it.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was not informed that my window was replaced when I bought my car. It was likely replaced because of the interior rearview mirror damage. I didn’t know until a year later. A few months after I bought my car my interior mirror fell and I took it to them to see if they could fix it. Instead of saying they were not qualified in car windshields they put a cheap glue on it making it last around 4-6 months. It recently completely came off because the glue was melted from the sun. I went somewhere else to fix it because they wanted to overcharge me for the parts. $300 when I could go somewhere that’s also an ANCIRA dealership and get it for $88. I went to ANCIRA VW and they told me they cannot fix the window because of the glue put on before was improper. I h
