I texted this business, and got a phone call confirming they got the text and were looking for a truck. In less than 10 minutes I got a call from their exemplary Tower Rick, who got to me in 20 minutes from his call as stated. My SUV was stuck in ICE, and needed a tow to my mechanic in Brooklyn, and he got me there carefully and safely. Awesome dude, very professional and respectful and great conversationalist during our 10 mile trip. Costly--but with all that was going on, well worth it! I'm definitely keeping their numbers handy in case I have more trouble in Queens NY ever again!

If I could Ricardo 10 stars I would, he is such a great worker. My husband car tire blow out, we reached out to the company and they had Ricardo reached out to us. Not only was the service fast and efficient but Ricardo customer service was amazing, he went above and beyond to assist us. Highly recommended
