Everyone with whom I dealt at Anderson Automotive was absolutely fantastic. Very professional, extremely friendly and accommodating even gave me a veteran discount….. brought me home after I dropped my car off and then picked me up again when my car was ready. They did not attempt any repairs without discussing with me first to ensure that I was finding their terms acceptable and the work was complete completed timely, and efficiently. Will definitely be doing business with them in the future as needed.

I've gone here for a few years now. Usually when I got an oil change in the past I had the luxury of having one of my co-workers pick me up and take me back whenever it was done. Since I am retired now, I had to make an appointment and wait for the oil change. They had my truck done in a little over 30 minutes. That was a pleasant surprise compared to my experiences in the past with a dealers "quick" oil change. My wait was actually enjoyable listening to a couple techs talking to customers. One could tell those techs were motorheads at heart and enjoyed their job. For anyone that asks, I have always recommended Anderson and will continue to do so.

My car was fixed up quickly and is good as new! But my real reason for writing a review is to talk about the service team. James was Knowledgeable, Honest, and Kind! I went in thinking I needed one thing done and showed him a video of the sound my car was making and he offered to try my solution or to do an inspection because he thought it was something completely different. Turns out he was right and he was super kind about explaining it to me without making me feel like just a clueless woman. He definitely went above and beyond and I so appreciate him for that!

I trust Anderson Auto with every vehicle I have. This is the only shop I will go to. Good customer service, great mechanics, and fantastic leadership. They are military friendly and every experience with Anderson has been nothing but excellent.
