Anderson Ford Service Center

This was my first time visiting a Ford service center. I needed my car repaired, and mason did a great job. He was friendly, and the overall repairs were quick.

Anderson Ford was excellent. 10/10. We dropped off the car and they drove us home (20 minutes each way). Jim, our valet driver was very personable and went above and beyond to make sure our meeds were met. The service folks were great at keeping us informed every step of the way and fixed our vehicle. They also completely inspected our vehicle to make sure it was in good repair. I highly recommend Anderson Ford for your service needs!

I purchased a, new to me Ford vehicle, from a different brand dealership. We took it in for a minor repair, while there everyone was very courteous, not just to us but every person that was waiting for repairs. When a gentleman from the service department spoke to each owner after repairs, he did it with kindness and you could tell no one seemed to feel like just another dollar. We will definitely return for any further needs if required.

My wife and I are both Marine veterans and are members of Vets Helping Vets Anderson. We have over 400 members and over 200 of us meet every Wednesday. Anderson Ford donated windshield wipers and free installation to our members and installed them last Wednesday during our meeting. Anderson Ford and their employees went “Above And Beyond “ and for this, we are extremely grateful! We have used their services in the past and they are great people to work with! I was driving back from Atlanta to Charlotte and I stopped at a gas station in Anderson, I gassed my car up and when I went to turn it back on, it wouldn’t come on my battery was shot…. I just happened to be lucky enough to be where their Mobile service was when I needed it most & they came up to me to help me out when they saw I had my hood up. They had my battery in their van. I didn't have to get towed to a shop, they saved me so much time and money. So grateful, thank you for making my stressful morning less stressful guys!! If you are in the area I would highly consider them. Very convenient and professional.
