Highly recommend Anderson's! Their customer service is next level, especially Kara. Thank you for helping my daughter and I so quickly on the side of the road in the middle of the night, and for being so proactive and friendly with ALL follow up communications with insurance.
I ran over something HUGE on the freeway. No one in the Twin Cities had a rim or donut ( not even the dealerships) so I needed a tow home. They came in a speedy time frame and flat bedded me home. Highly recommend!
I contacted my insurance company for a lock out. Anderson's was the 3rd company and agreed to make the drive to Tommahawk Scout Reservation, back to Chippewa Camp, leader parking. They arrived in less then half the time stated, unlocked my car and even was a happy soul! I don't remember the drivers name but the Scouts have named him Derby King. This Scout Family is forever grateful. Again thank you from Troop 178G and Troop 178B from Port Huron, Michigan. We are forever grateful for you amazing service ❤️
Anderson's is a good hometown traditional business. Fair prices, honest service. You can just tell they enjoy what they do. They care about people. To the best of my knowledge, there is nothing they cannot do.
Wanted to have some work done, felt like it was a priority went to drop my truck off as the gals up front said they were very busy for the next couple weeks. Karl had a mechanic come out and answer a few questions and sent me on my way. They were pretty friendly and helpful, however I now need to find a shop that will provide the service. Not sure I passed the initial smell test or something...GREAT recovery services... The garage could use some help with clarity and customer service
