I would strongly recommend against using this company for any form of towing. I allowed the county to call a wrecker after I had an accident, and this was who I got. All of my interactions were with an older man I assume was the proprietor. My accident happened at roughly 4 pm on a Thursday. Between then and the following Monday I called 9 separate times trying to get my vehicle returned to me. I was promised on 4 separate occasions that he would load my vehicle in "just a couple minutes and head that way". Each time, I waited for over 2 hours before calling back, to then be met with excuses. When he finally did load it up and bring it to my house, I was met with additional fees that were not disclosed when we discussed the price over the phone. He also charged me 5 days worth of storage

Please use any other company besides this one. A mule with a tow rope would honestly be more pleasant to work with. Extremely rude from the start. The lady who arrived with the tow truck driver asked, very obliviously annoyed she was there, what was wrong with the car. After I explained the issues, she rolled her eyes and walked away. Dispatch had asked for the location of which I broke down, so this was shared with them before they arrived, as well as landmarks near the arrival site. When they got there, we were asked lots of questions about the location they were towing it to, as if it was a burden to perform the task at hand. They followed us to the location, which is when we realized the driver was slowing down and speeding up without any logic. When we went to pay, I was told it was

Man that came to pick up my car was extremely rude! Didn’t want him to take the car instead of charging a small fee for coming out he wanted me to pay $150. Will continue to use Grizzle’s towing

This place is terrific! Although the law had them tow my truck unlawfully, and without consent, while a licensed driver who I wanted to take my truck was standing right next to me, when I went to retrieve it from their lot, I was allowed to trade my winch for my truck without having to pay a dime. THANKS AGAIN GUYS!!

Wonderful employees great customer service and by far the most professional roundabout paint jobs available in the area. Like looking in a mirror.
