Great experience buying a new washing machine today. The very professional salesman showed me the different machines and explained the pros and cons of each. Within fifteen minutes I had picked out the machine we wanted, to be delivered tomorrow morning. A very pleasant shopping experience in beautiful downtown Valdosta and night and day difference between the "customer service" one would receive at a big box store across town. We like to support local business when possible and I highly recommend Anderson's Western Auto.

They are very friendly but the prices are way over priced a set of tires they wanted to sell me for $1275.00 I got from Sams mounted and balanced for $720 the exact same brand.. but if you don’t have good credit then they are awesome.

I love the friendly nature of the owner and employees. On this particular day, I was bounced back and forth from one person to another before I was able to finally pay my bill. I also hate that there is a $2 over the phone charge. Thankfully, we usually pay in person.

They have a great inventory and very reasonable prices. In fact we just purchased a new clothes dryer a week ago. Got a good deal, in and out in less than 30 minutes. Definitely give them a try. Great people and service.

The mechanic was very rude and did not display good customer service to a female needing to get my brakes done. It was bad enough I has to get them done but then to have someone who did not take and appointment nor give me the next time I should come to get my car services terrible experience
