DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!; unless you want to be treated like garbage ! They are liars who will always say they have YOUR part . You will pay and they will lie to you daily . Have you come on days they are closed . The sales person is a bold face liar with multiple stories of why your part which he never had is delayed ! Disgraceful treatment is what you will receive along with a constant reminder of no money back. Spent 1,500 on a transmission a month ago got 4 stories and 7 lies but no transmission. The owner won't even respond . This place is truly a garbage Pit !!!!!

Andrew s auto has a bad reputation and I wouldn’t advise any body to do business with them. Unknowingly I paid for. ford ranger bed 15 days ago and yet to take delivery or get refunded.Reggie the office mantis full of lies. He told me to pick up bed next day and it’s 15 days now no bed,no refund. I have been here 5 times all the way from Norcross.and it’s same story.I have invited the police twice and advised to go court. Andrew’s auto Salvadge are crooks along side their employees. Please don’t do business with them to save your self from loosing your money and precious time.

Terrible service, never reliable! Took me weeks of heckling them to get my refundable core payment from them, but they were quick to take my payment for the transmission they were selling to me. That aside, everytime you ask for a specific part they would lie and say that have it, or tell you "it's at the other warehouse" but ultimately you'll never get the part from them inevitably wasting your time. You're better off going to quality auto parts in Fayetteville ga. More organized, reliable, and cheaper.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with any business. Andrew’s Auto Salvage and Reggie sold me a junk motor that doesn’t run—and now they’re completely refusing to stand behind what they sold. Reggie keeps lying, saying they’re bringing a replacement, but it never happens. It’s been weeks of nothing but excuses, runaround, and flat-out dishonesty. Now they won’t return my calls, won’t refund my money, and are basically hoping I’ll just go away. I’m being forced to take further actions just to get what I rightfully paid for. This place is a scam operation—avoid at all costs unless you want to get ripped off and ignored. They do NOT stand by their word or their products.

I have had the worst service experience with this Business. Reggie the person of contact about ABS module was very nice and professional when purchasd the abs module online. Paying for it online with my credit card on June 27, 2025. I was told by Reggie give me couple days to have it pull, which l gave them. Went pick up on that Monday and it was the wrong one. Reggie responed l get you one out of other place in Nashville, TN and it will be here on July 3, 2025 @ 1:00pm . Which l gave Reggie to do so. The day to pick up I called Reggie @12:15 pm to let him know l am enroute to pick up part and he said let me call you back . He called back and stated, 30 mins later Ms. Scott (l'm sorry the guy who supposedly to deliver part quit) and l can get it here Monday . I asked for a refund and b
