They are awesome. Very kind, detailed, and fair priced. Wonderful job on my clutch system, at a great price and pretty quick service (only a few days to do). I was provided with a list of items with color coded markings indicating the severity (e.g., red: immediate, yellow: should fix at some point, green: all good), along with pictures of the systems that were in the “red.” They even took the extra step to help me out and answer questions on some items I am going to do on the truck myself. Highly recommend them.

I took my car to Andrew's Automotive for an alignment and hopefully just a tire out of balance.Sadly that was not that case. I needed a new wheel. The service writer Max kept me well informed a out the cost and time line. I did not have the opportunity to meet the technician but I very much appreciated his attention to detail. He discovered an issue with the way my transmission shifts and they researched it and suggested that I contact the dealer because it is under warranty. I will definitely be using Andrew's again and will recommend them to my friends.

Really thankful my car had complete inspection which showed underlying problem with my steering, and also fixed my manual transmission rather than replacing it, saving me heaps of money. Also gave me a ride both ways. I have been going to Andrews for years now.

I took my car in for a simple brake pad replacement. The front desk person sold me on a full diagnostic making it seem like it was necessary for the repair and left out that it was for the whole car, he kept trying to push extra maintenance even after I had let him know that the maintenance had already been done elsewhere. I've gone to Andrew's since it was just Andrew, and that isn't what I have experienced in the past. Unfortunately I don't know if I will go back.
