TOOK MY TRUCK IN FOR AN OIL, BRAKE AND ROTORS CHANGE. I PURCHASED MY OWN ROTORS AND BRAKES. THE NEXT DAY MY TRUCK STARTED KNOCKING HORRENDOUSLY. TOOK IT BACK AND ANDY STATED ITS MY ENGINE LIFTER AND IT'LL BE $2500 AND IT'LL TAKE A WEEK..WHY AND HOW ALL OF A SUDDEN MY ENGINES KNOCKS THE NEXT DAY AFTER A REGULAR OIL CHANGE SUDDENLY? DEFINITLEY A CON ARTIST. NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN.

He doesn’t have insurance. One of his workers caused his shop to catch fire and burn. My car was totaled because this. I used my insurance to pay for the damages because he doesn’t have any. Andy wasn’t able to pay anyone back. Several cars burned and all he did was nothing. California law requires shops to have liability. Now I’m responsible for the cost of repairs, and many other people. If he breaks your car, insurance won’t cover it (just like mine). Don’t go to this place. If he messes up or his shop burned again you’re on your own. This guy only cares about money. His shop totaled my car and he won’t even message me back. Please go to a different place.

Andy told my wife she needed a new regulator on her right front window , he said the price would be $600, but he needed $300 deposit to order part and labor. She went home and looked up the part to decide what to do. The part was $30. Very disappointed in how people take advantage of customers. That’s a good way to lose them.

Andy and his team have repaired my Honda Civic, F150, Outback, F250 over the years. At least 10 repairs. All told they have replaced water pump, steering box, four-wheel-drive switching unit, oil pan, brakes/rotors/calipers, timing chain, and I’ve never had any problems with their work at all. Andy sticks to his quotes. They often take care of our regular maintenance as well, such as oil changes, etc. His prices are pretty reasonable for the Bay Area. I appreciate the service.
