Needed a brake service (pads and rotors) for my '17 Ford explorer. The service was fine but they definitely inflated the cost of their parts. I was quoted $400-450 for the front brakes over the phone when I made the appointment. They were quick to get me in and complete the service, but when I was given the invoice at the end, it was $677. I looked up the exact parts they used and they cost roughly half of what they charged me, even from the Ford OEM parts website, and that's retail cost! I'm sure Andy's is getting their parts for cheaper than that. So while the service was fine, I'm pretty disappointed in the inaccurate quote and inflated parts cost.

I really liked my experience. You could say my Jeep was a problem child. Andy's crew took it all in stride, and now I love my Jeep again. New springs, shocks, brakes, brake lines, one piece axles "installed correctly". I know that I will use them again and hope you give them a try. 4 stars

Will not do further business with this company. I bought weather tech rain screens for the windows and followed the install instructions. The front windows wouldn't go up with the rain screens in so I went back to ask about it instead of returning them. I was greeted with apprehension and was informed that the windows need to be relearned and Andy is too busy to show me. Followed by, "well I didn't install them". Ok, that's fine, he's correct, but simply 5 minutes with a customer relearning windows as he said would have won my future business.

We’ve been long-time customers. Andy and his team do excellent work at a fair price. They’re thorough and honest. We’ve had Andy’s replace a transmission in our 2004 Accord, perform routine maintenance, and repair brakes on my Jeep. Most recently, Andy’s team installed a 2.5 inch lift and bigger tires on my 2013 Wrangler. This was a big investment and it looks great! It rides smooth and looks awesome. We’ll continue to trust Andy’s to take good care of our vehicles.
