Andy's Used Auto Parts

I got lost trying to find the place. The directions it gives from the map doesn’t take you straight there but it literally stops at the corner by the warehouse. The lady couldn’t even help me. I informed them I was lost along with called about my part earlier that day just to finally find it at closing for them to tell me to pay for it then come back tomorrow. I could have been told that by phone instead of having me wasting my gas and time. Then they threatened to call the cops because I was asking them questions along with why would they give me false information. Then smart ass lady going to ask me what I do for a living which doesn’t have shit to do with what I was just told. She claim she was the only person above them which make it worst. My I do fora living is non of her business

Terrible place to get Auto Parts!. And if they do have the part you want, they are very expensive!. And for a used Auto Part!. I will never ever go there again!. Waste if time & gas ⛽️ money.

The customer service it's trash , they are very rude they help nothing the Arabic or Indu man he used a lot all bad words with the. Costumer I don't recommend this place .

This place is horrible with customer service,they take online orders & will have you wait on your parts for a week before they even call you to tell you they can’t get the part(mind you this is also with you calling almost everyday because you was told when you put in the order that it will come in by the next day & had to pay up front cash).The mechanic is now threatening me with storage fees because my car has been sitting😠Now I have to start calling around looking again which is going to take more time.SMH

The customer service here was really funny I enjoyed Tony and the Banana guy :D company. When we as customers come to places like this we expect good service and reasonable parts. I got both. Thanks again I’m sure I’ll be back soon lol
