Dropped my car to get brakes looked at because it was pulling to the right. After half hour I came back and they said they couldn't take the tire off because it would spin. I was told they would put it on a lift and see what was wrong. After over ten days of no phone call I went to get the car. Then I was told they were currently working on it. I demanded to know where it was. It was in the back parked behind a truck. No one working on it. Then they refused to give it back. Made me wait almost two hours until I got my man friend to come help me. Then and only then did they drive it to me. They had to move only one truck to do it.
