Anglin Tire Company

Thanks to Anglin Tire and specially to Mr. Timmie Wiley for their excellent service and kindness. Mr. Wiley advised me and was reassuring and very kind. He is constantly moving and interacting with customers and other workers and kept things flowing. I picked up a business card to have their number for future reference and wasn’t at all surprised to learn from the card that he is the Manager and is Retired Military. It shows. Thank you to all, especially Mr. Wiley. And thank you for your military service sir.

I don’t know about the service to my vehicle but if it’s anything like the customer service I experienced for myself then I’ll pass. To the individual that half answered the phone with a uninterested mumbled greeting and asked for my make and model of my vehicle and proceeded to place me on hold where I waited for over 40 min, yeah find a job that makes you happy hun because this isn’t it. Also to the other coworker that picked up the phone with a “Hey man” and when I responded with a hello and then said coworker stated “Oh I picked up the wrong line and proceeded to placed me back on hold…yeah you, you suck too at being helpful as well sir.

these guys had one job. they put my tires on & didn’t tighten any of my lugs. now i have to pay for the repairs

I had a warranty on a tire that I bought from a tire company out of state. I first took it to Mavis and they wouldn’t even talk to me about it. I then took it to Anglin. That got me in and repaired the tire in 15 minutes. Special thanks to George for his help getting the warranty to pay for the repair. I highly recommend Anglin and will take my business there the next time I purchase tires.

This was my second visit in years, but for some reason, my husband's had really high expectations of Anglin and wouldn't use any other company in Jackson. as I found myself needing auto care, I remember them. The serviceman was polite and took care of my car and gave great advice about what was missing that I was not a where. Must say A+SERVICE. The price was reasonable, and the timing was good to get the job done.
