Sam and his team was professional, honest, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my vehicle without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. The work was done on time, the pricing was fair, and my car runs better than it has in a long time. What really stood out was their communication and attention to detail — you can tell they actually care about their customers and their work. It’s hard to find a trustworthy mechanic these days, but this is definitely a shop I’ll be coming back to and recommending to friends and family. Highly recommend! Moved to Ypsi in 22’ i’ve been taking my car here since. I have an older car (2012) and they’ve been nothing but great to me. As a female you can run into ‘you need this and that’ and don’t even come in for that but not here. I explain that problem and they get just that done, They will tell me if there is something else wrong and needs work soon but not like the other places will try and force it. I will continue to take any vehicle I have here until I live the state. Never felt uncharged everything went smooth, they’ve always had my car in and out
