Honestly, the best shop in Ypsilanti/Ann Arbor. I have been to this Shop twice with two different cars and every time they have done nothing but great service. When I say, I think I found the one to go to that I would never stray away from, it’s Ann Arbor Transmissions. Sidenote: It was months ago when I got service and I randomly decided to do this on my own because they are that great.

I took my car here to get a wheel speed sensor replaced. Justin was great throughout the process: 1. Good communication throughout the repair process 2. Recommended a tow service for me to get my car to the shop 3. Quick diagnosis of the issue with my vehicle. The shop did a great job: 1. Timely repair 2. Good value (was ~30% the price of a dealership's estimated repair cost) 3. Quick close-out (payment + getting keys) 4. Texting service to communicate when they got my car, etc. It was a good experience, I will recommend this shop to my friends.

My transmission went out, Ron fought for me when it came to my warranty company & provided elite customer service the entire process, keeping me informed & eased my worries. The technicians found other minor & not so minor issues with my vehicle & they made sure everything was repaired before my car left the shop, AT NO EXTRA COST! 🤯 Justin was beyond professional when I spoke with him & incredibly knowledgeable when it came to warranty companies & even provided recommendations for companies that provide incredible service.
