We have been using Ansell's Auto Repair & Towing exclusively. We don't trust other mechanics to the same degree that we trust Ansell's: they are simply superior to the dealerships I have previously used. My family and I were traveling through during a blizzard and we were somewhat lost due to road closures when a low oil pressure alert went off in our Suburban. Moments later, my daughter succumbed to motion sickness and starts vomiting in the back seat. We had 3 more hours to go before we got home. We spotted this repair shop and they had their “open” sign in the window. The owners welcomed us into their garage. They helped us get some needed oil into my vehicle while my daughter was able to get cleaned up in their bathroom. The couple who owns this shop were the kindest people when we were in dire need of assistance. They then proceeded to give us directions to avoid roads that had been closed due to the blizzard.
