**Do Not Use This Towing Company – Hostile and Unprofessional** My car was towed from a store parking lot, and the phone number on their sign didn’t work. I had to get the correct number from a nearby store employee. When I called around 8 PM, the woman who answered was extremely rude and dismissive, saying the company was “closed” — highly unusual for a towing service. The next morning, when I called again for the address, the same woman was even nastier, projecting her deep, vast personal frustrations, insecurities, and failures onto me. Their office is in a sketchy, hard-to-find building. Inside, the staff - two nasty women - were unhelpful and had terrible attitudes. I had a really great experience with this company. The driver arrived quickly, he was kind and courteous. It turned what was an unfortunate incident into an almost enjoyable time. I would definitely use them again.

Utilized them through AAA. Came on time during 4pm rush hour traffic (normally I have to wait for hours, driver was there within the 30 mins time frame that AAA gave). Because of that, I was able to get car to the shop before they closed at 5pm. He was also very gentle loading/unloading and hauling my car through the narrow and bumpy DC streets.

I was towed while visiting The Home Depot and other businesses in the Rhode Island Avenue NE shopping center/plaza. I came to this business and told the employee my car was towed on accident. I gave the employee my Home Depot receipt that showed the time of checkout. The employee checked the times of when my vehicle was ticketed, photographed, and towed, and all three were within the timeframe of when I was in the plaza. When the employee couldn't disprove I was in the plaza by the times he provided against my receipt, he proceeded to ask me a lot of questions and state I was lying. No matter what I said or evidence I showed the employee, he would not release my vehicle without paying $215. Great experience during a crazy time. My vehicle was stolen and recovered by MPD. ANT took care of it and me when I went to retrieve it. Great people.
