Anthony's RV Rentals

This is a hard review to write because despite reading negative reviews more recently we chose to rent an RV from them. From our experience, given that this was our first RV rental, we found that the condition of the RV was not as maintained as pictured or as clean( floor seemed they hadn’t been mopped) but despite that the unit was reliable on our expansive road trip. We experienced an issue with one of the appliances and was not able to troubleshoot the issue on the phone with the rental company. Overall, the machine did what it needed to do, whilst losing the fridge was extremely frustrating, what can you do? So my cousin has rented from Anthony and Candice a few times. we had good experiences in the past. This time we had to cancel due to not being able to do a show that was booked. after being reassured the refund was coming of almost $2,000 it never came. My cousin has been blown off and calls never returned. so He waited and Waited to never get a call back or refund. He even Canceled 2 months before he was supposed to pick up the RV. That was in July and the show was in August. Still No call or refund. Seeing other customers having similar Issues it is a shame. We loved Candace and Anthony like they were family. In the end we found out were just forgot about and treated like our loyalty meant nothing.

We loved our RV experience with Anthony’s! We got the 2021 Forest River Sunseeker and aside from a small hiccup with a slide out had a very pleasant trip. It was our second RV trip in 2 years and after Cruise America this RV was soo much nicer. Anthony and Candis were very responsive, professional and attentive to detail. They were also flexible with our pet. I don’t often venture out to Michigan but would love to rent from them again. One word of caution with the RV is to be careful with the rear slide out when unloading - got a few bumps before getting used to it. Saw someone use a pool noodle around the edges which seemed like a clever idea.

Our experience with Anthony RV was easy from beginning to end. They took the time to explain all of the features on the 24 foot RV, and how to take care of them before we left the lot. There was plenty of storage for cloths and food, including a large refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable, and the sitting / dining area were too. It had a large gas tank so we did not have to make too many stops to fill up. We really enjoyed travelling in the RV and would do it again.

One of the Worst Rental Experiences We’ve Ever Had – Avoid This Company We rented an RV from this company for my best friend’s bachelor party, planning a road trip from Michigan to Talladega and back. Unfortunately, our experience was riddled with issues from the moment we picked up the vehicle. The RV was clearly not cleaned or inspected properly before pickup. We found a dirty sock under one of the pullouts, and the interior had visible dirt and debris throughout. It was a terrible first impression and should’ve been the first red flag.
