Antioch Hillcrest Terrace

This used to be an excellent facility. Then the head person retired and was replaced by an apparently part time employee (who is seldom on premises). This person clearly has no regard for the safety and wellbeing of the residents and does not seem have the training to run a facility for seniors. She doesn not return phone calls from relatives of residents who have concerns of elder abuse. I would NOT recommend this facility or any owned or run by this company.

For nearly 16 years a top notch facility. Then a new regime brought poor management, chaos and contempt for residents health, safety and welfare and elder abuse.
