This auto repair shop is a joke. They used my friends car for personal use (she found receipts from Ross in Milpitas and Honda is Soquel) for the time they had her car. There was 800 miles used from when her car was dropped off. Then when she picked it up the check engine was STILL on. Now they won’t return calls or messages. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, AWFUL OWNER, CRAPPY SERVICE. Should get shut down for violations on California Automotive Repair Act (CAR act) and will DEFINITELY be reporting them to the Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR). Falsely claiming they fixed her car and using her car without permission or consent for personal use!
