Antonio didn't even know my wife and I, yet instantly as we drove up, he was outside. We told him the problem, and he immediately took the car for a drive letting my wife explain her concerns. If he did this for total strangers. I can only imagine how he treats his loyal customers. We are customers for life just off that 1st encounter.
