Anytime Towing and Transport

I was assigned Anytime Transport through my insurance for roadside assistance. I waited hours and they never showed up despite sending the insurance company estimated arrival times. Both numbers on their website rang, but when voicemail picked up, there was just a noise and then an automation saying the voicemail box is full. This happened for both numbers. There is no justification for this kind of service. It is not difficult to relay if your agency is behind schedule. I can work with that. But to leave people stranded in an already unfortunate situation is incredibly unprofessional.

I was assigned Anytime towing for roadside assistance. Waited over 2 hours. Couldn't get a hold of anyone. My insurance couldn't reach them either. Voice-mail box was full. I was reassigned to a different tow company. That company called me within 15 minutes with a 10 minute eta! I wish I was assigned to them first. I think that Anytime Towing should stop doing roadside assistance if they can't be contacted. Seems like others had have similar experiences.

Very nice and courteous driver. Turned up the ac for my small dog which was hit and scared. Quick response and efficient at hook up and drop off. A huge thank you!!

SCAMMERS! Hopefully others can avoid this nightmare, don’t trust anything other than a tow. I had a wheel bearing fail while coming through town. I had a replacement assembly, but the nut seized to the spindle and we couldn’t break it off. I was going to have it towed to a boat dealership but the owner stated they fix trailer wheel bearings and axles all the time. This was my major mistake. The next week I get a call stating the spindle is shot which I figured was the case. I asked if they could get a replacement axle and they stated they found one for almost the same price as I priced out at home and told them to go ahead with it. When I went to pick it up an old guy in the shop was bragging about a video he made about the repair and how good the welding was. There shouldn’t have been any
