Do Not Recommend This Auto Service! I took my car to this shop for a routine oil change, rear brake pad replacement, and spark plug replacement. I ended up spending 6 hours there, which is way too long for such simple services. Finally, I was charged $400 for labor alone, even though I provided all the parts myself. After picking up my car, I noticed it was overheating, which had never happened before (the car has only 70,000 miles). I opened the hood and found: • The engine cover was just lying loose, pressed down by the hood. • The air intake was broken, crushed in the middle by what looked like a screwdriver or a similar tool. This is pure lack of professionalism. I took photos to document the issue. I called the shop and explained the situation. They responded, “We don’t know what
