Grady is fantastic and responsive to all questions and whenever! He’s engaging and communicates well and has a wonderful attitude. My only suggestion is to slow down the orientation process. We missed a few things and didn’t (partly our fault too) ask enough questions which led to some calls back to the dealer same day. Still - the team is so knowledgeable and friendly - everyone. Sales process was transparent which is nice when you spend this much money!! Thanks Apache. The trailer takes up the entire driveway!

Traded our 2018 pace arrow pusher for a new Jayco Pinnacle 39FLOK. what a beautiful unit. We had some issues with our unit at the last minute, and Apache village stepped up, asked how they could help, and took care of it. Shout out to Pat Eagan, sales. With his above and beyond help, we got this deal done. Thanks to Cody, Curtis and the service guys, thumbs 👍. Everyone really is excited about you and your new unit. We have owned 5 units going back to a 1967 nimrod tent trailer, up to our new Pinnical. Wow, what a great trip. Thanks to everyone from Apache village. This is our second travel trailer from Apache Village. We are lifetime customers the customer service the attention to our needs, not pushing us to hurry up and buy the entire process. It’s just truly awesome Grady, Danny Bruce, and the entire squad. I just want to give us sincere. Thank you for making the second purchase so easy. As I stated at the beginning, we are lifetime customers and definitely will be coming back.

I had an Aqua-Hot issue while In Fenton Missouri. I call Apache Village and worked with Cody who prioritized our service since we were full timers and Route 66 extended warranty holders. Just a note they are dog friendly as well. Also a shout out to Stephanie who got me a Beer. In all seriousness I've been coming to Apache Village for years and can not speak highly enough about them. Friends…we drove FOUR HOURS to by our RV from Apache Village RV! We feel like they treated us like royalty and family! They went so above and beyond with this that I cannot write it without tearing up! We had dealt with a popular chain in the past and, sad to say, we were used to feeling like we didn’t matter! Pat was our salesman - 28 years at that location taking care of customers like they were his FAMILY! He and the manager were both so accommodating and generous! They took care of things that I had no idea needed attention! What a gift!! Bruce (who I think is a manager) was under the sink in the new to us camper trying to change a faucet out for me as we didn’t have the time to find someone to do it for me!
