Very professional and when it comes to doing a pre-diagnostic check bobby has everything documented including images, displaying how your vehicle looked before the repairs. I found this shop through a Groupon and decided to give them a try after seeing all the excellent reviews. I’m glad I did! Scheduling an appointment was super easy, and when I arrived, they took my car right away with no wait. The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in and were very welcoming. Service was quick and efficient — I arrived a little before my 11:00 AM appointment and was finished well before the scheduled time. Everything about the experience felt smooth and professional.
