This is what we call "above and beyond" excellent service! I couldn't wait to meet the Apex team in person after the care and top notch communication they gave me each time I called about the car repair status. I had to coordinate with 5 different entities to get my repairs and car rentals. Andrew and Alexis were thorough and courteous in every way. My Black Beauty (Jeep Patriot) will have new parts! I am ever, ever, so thankful!

Worse auto repair shop ever, car came out worse than it came in. Never experienced oil leakes now I have severe leaks on my oil drain plug now. Because why were they even doing an oil change? The owner was also rude and unprofessional. When I asked the technician did not clean up the oil residue. Never coming back here again, and more services and parts were added to my invoice without my authorization. $377 for a sensor replacement. A $15 part was $61 there.

I started going to Apex around two years ago . They have great service. Very noligable techs also Andrew the owner is a master Body and mechanical man. I don't plan on going anywhere else. It's my one stop shop you can even get a great wash and wax.

I’ve been to Apex twice now, and was treated fairly both times. Everyone was friendly and easy to deal with. Andrew called me personally to give an in depth explanation of the diagnostic results, which I really appreciated.

Alexis is great! Andrew gets things done. Highly recommend for your automotive mechanical/body shop and car rental needs!
