Apex Collision Center

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! I don’t think the people working there are mature enough to handle to handle an insurance claim! 🚩Why would a collision center ever call a customer to find parts?? 🚩I dropped my truck off Dec 15, and never heard any updates so I called 2 weeks later they said they had put the wrong phone # and didn’t have a email?? So I wasn’t getting any updates- 🚩my truck had been sitting waiting on approval for work for 2 weeks-🚩and I asked how come you didn’t call my insurance company to get it approved and I was told we usually don’t talk to customers we only talk to insurance companies??🚩 I had to call my insurance company and get the work approved!🚩🚩They said my truck needed a bedliner and dropped my truck off 2 weeks at LineX and the work was done on a day?? I had a very unfortunate accident on Christmas Eve, the tow truck driver recommended Apex Collison as I am from out of state. Even with the 2 sets of holidays and shortened work weeks, Jeremy and his staff have been outstanding, amazing, informative, diligent, and compassionate to my needs and concerned for my medical well being and safety as well as getting my vehicle assessed as soon as possible. April has been exceptionally helpful with the Insurance aspect as well as communicating with my husband and myself as we are in 2 different states at the moment. I have nothing but great things to say about Apex Collision. I have had two vehicles repaired by them and I feel truly valued as a customer. I have had them quote one of my vehicles for me in person, the owner Joe gave me an estimated quote and talked to me about the process of fixing my drivers side door. I never once felt belitted or talked down to as I have experienced with many automotive shops. My first car turned out great, so I decided to have them take care of my second vehicle that had some roof rust to repair. Both of my vehicles were repaired at a fair price and both turned out fantastic. If I had any concerns their team listens and takes them seriously and offers real solutions to my concerns. I cannot recommend them enough!

Excellent shop! Top-notch customer service and attention to details. I chose this shop for a simple repair after a deer decided to dance in front of my car. They walked me through how they handle parts, costs, insurance questions and promptly handled the repair. Easy to communicate and friendly voices each time. Pick-up was easy and quick and they even cleaned the interior of the car. Seriously good people and they didn’t settle for sub-par parts for my repair. 100% recommend.
