I can’t say enough good things about Apex Complete Auto Body Repair. They worked on my truck and did an outstanding job from start to finish. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and honest, but I especially want to call out Daniel—he is absolutely great to work with. Daniel took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure the job was done right. There was no pressure, no upselling, just quality work and excellent service. The work was completed on schedule, at a fair price, and my truck runs and looks better than it has in a long time. It’s rare to find a shop you can truly trust, and Apex—and Daniel in particular—have earned my business for life. Highly recommend.

Since 2015 i have delt with Daniel, the owner, when he was a technician and service writer at Hudiburg/Confidence Chevrolet. He has always been helpful and knowledgeable and a excellent technician. He and his current technicians do a wonderful job and save me a lot of money vs the dealership. I drove from Moore to APEX(about 45 minutes)to see my friend and to have service work done on my C8 CORVETTE. I would highly recommend this shop. They have the knowledge and expertise to get the job done right. In addition, much more cost effective.

Took my F-250 farm truck in when the A/C wasn’t cooling. Spent about 30 minutes on it and said all it needed was charged with Freon. $199 diagnosticss fee and $54 for Freon. A few days later truck not cooling again take it back up there for them to tell me the evaporator core needs replaced and you have to take the dash out to do so. Want $2500 to do so. I decline and they say my bill is $279 to not repair, take $100 off of 2nd diagnostics bill. Needless to say I’m $428 into not getting the a/c fixed on something they should have caught the first time I brought it in and wouldn’t stand behind their own error. I have no problem that I didn’t get the truck fixed, I have a problem with having to bring it in twice and paying twice for something they should have caught the 1st time.

These guys are amazing. My window opened and didn't close. I'm not a local; I drove by, and I still have to drive 1,160 miles to Erie, Pennsylvania. I called them and asked if they could help, even if they could close it. They agreed. I arrived, and in 5 minutes they figured out the reason, but since I had time to wait for parts, they just lifted the glass and fixed it with tape. This helped me a lot. And they didn't take any money from the canopy. They shook my hand and made the way a little easier. More people like these would make the world better! Thank you, guys!

I don’t remember his name but the lead tech and his brother were absolutely wonderful! My husband and I are on our way cross country from out west and our transmission started acting up. We called around and got pointed to Apex. On the phone he not only helped us through what it might be but also offered to take a look at it in person despite the fact that they didn’t really do transmissions. When we got there he walked me through it, even got on the phone with my home town mechanic and talked about it with him and then at the end of it all didn’t even charge us. 100% the best auto repair experience we’ve ever had.
