Apex Express Car Wash

car wash, I love it but around the bumper from the back of the truck there’s always risen on the end of bumper. I wish they would clean around the bumpers before before vehicles go through car wash other than that I love Apex car wash

Their car wash damaged my truck and it took weeks to contact management. They promised to fix it, then never responded, filed a complaint with the BBB they didn’t care. So if I was you I wouldn’t risk my car there because surely they will not respond Veronica from Human Resources and Erick from claims do not respond I have recorded calls and messages promising to fix it but did not. Liers crooks I would not do business with them. If you go to the BBB you will find my unanswered complaint. Their employee told me it wasn’t the first time they damaged cars. Terrible company hope you don’t go through this.

I took my Escalade for a wash, it scratched my fenders, bent my front plate, it scratched the trunk and ripped my emblem off.

I’ve never had any issues in the past bringing my truck through with a 5th wheel hitch—it’s always been able to go through the wash. I’ve never had any grease on the hitch as I don’t need it because of the lube plate on my 5th wheel. But during my most recent visit, I was told by an employee that there’s a new policy stating they can’t accept 5th wheel hitches anymore because “the equipment gets tangled up.” To confirm whether this i went to other washes. I went down the road to MightyWash and had zero issues going through with the exact same setup. Before leaving a public review, I wanted to verify if it pertains to other washes or just this. I might return in the future to see if anything changes, but it’s frustrating—especially as a Grand Prix monthly subscriber—to be denied a servi
