Super helpful. Joe has been extremely flexible and gracious during my search for a transmission. Searching for a used one as remanufactured is too expensive. But it's a unicorn (rare) transmission. Fair prices for install!

Their prices was a little better than anywhere else in town and a lot better than the big name shops! The price isn't what sets them apart from the rest though Joe and Apollo went way above and beyond for me and took special care of my vehicle making sure it was secured inside the shop because of my concern about my whole livelihood being in the van and my way of supporting my family. They also promised a 24 hour turn around from the time I dropped the van off to the time it was ready to pick up and they delivered! Anyone can start a business and provide a service but I have never found any type of automotive repair shop that provides the level of customer service I received from Apollo! I took my 2008 Jeep Liberty here and they fixed the problem then 2 weeks later it broke down and they will not back up the warranty this place is one of the worst places to go to I would never waste my time or my money ever again with this place they are very unprofessional and our warranty as crap if you read the comments a lot of people have had the same problem I don't know why people even waste your time going to a place that won't fix the problem the right way to first time and then not back to warranty up this place is horrible their customer service is horrible I'm going to report this place to the better Business bureau

Don't go there they do a shity job they rebuilt my transmission and it went out 2 months later and they waive the warranty they would not do anything about fixing it after spending 2,200 this place is a joke they will screw you around in every way plus it took 14 days to get the vehicle back and then broke two months later

I will never go back to this shop again or recommend them. They were very nice at first and after they finished working on my transmission, everything changed. Thank God, I found a different mechanic and he's very professional.
