Apollos Transits Towing service

Our car caught on fire and couldn’t be driven. None of the electrical was working and I thought it could be put in neutral to tow to the dealership, but I was wrong about that. Apollo gave a great price a couple weeks prior to towing, showed up on time day of (a little early too, which was great), and handled this tough job like a pro! Plus, he was friendly! Highly recommended company! I’ll keep their number saved in my phone - you should go ahead and do the same!

The person that helped us was Jonathan. He was very polite, nice, and helpful, but there were some inconveniences. He had to stop twice to change his tires because they were all worn out and had a flat tire (twice). He was a little late which was no problem, but we were still charged the same amount that were originally quoted for. I am not expecting a refund I would just like for other potential customers to be aware that they will not offer you a discount although the inconveniences were caused by them. Moving forward, I hope they insure the tires on the tow trucks are in good condition because it is also very dangerous for the driver to have to change the tires on busy highways/streets.

Jon was very nice and respectful, he was on time and definitely gave good service , handled my vehicle with care , he is very confident in his work . Price was good compare to other company’s .
