Called week prior about getting wheel alignment and tires. Wasn't given a time just monday. Arrived 1030 monday, went in and told clerk that I had called and was there to get tires n wheel alignment.. waited 2 hours. Just to find out all they done was wheel alignment because apparently it was first they heard that I was also wanting tires. Very unprofessional place, obviously no work ethic. Didn't care to keep me waiting 2 hours while they twirled their fingers and ate whatever for lunch.. and when i asked afterwards i was given smart ass comment on how i didnt ask for tires which since I had called prior week it would seem they would been some notes, supposedly they had ordered tires. And I clearly stated when I came in why I was there.. but now I know why I was only customer waiting. Obv

No one local had the tire that I needed in stock. Appalachian Tire got it in the next day, and it was a little cheaper than what I was quoted elsewhere. Next time I need a tire, I'll be back.
