Apple Glass Company

Hi everyone, I don’t usually do reviews but I feel the need to do so to help future customers. I would not use Apple Glass again or instructions my company that has over 600 vehicles in their fleet to use their services again! Considered the relationship irrevocable. I asked them to replace my cracked glass and they sealed it improperly 3X and there is still nose and they left the razor on the steering column and it feel to my feet while driving I could have cut myself while driving. They have left filament and pieces of rubber on my dashboard and it’s still there. I called and asked what they could do about it and they said owner was out and they would get back to me after the weekend it’s been 10 days no return call. They have terrible customer service and inferior workmanship. Please do

Had some punks do a “smash & grab” job on my truck and broke the driver rear window. Called my insurance and they put me in touch with Apple. They came out the next day and the tech (Lazarus) did a great job replacing the glass and cleaning it ALL UP which is hard because vehicle glass gets everywhere!!!! I think they did a great job, and I drive a Newer 2022 F-150 with all the bells and whistles, very impressed. Professional, quick, and cleaned up.

I truly regret to work with this company. They caused numerous scratches and damages to the window wood frames after replacing the windows. They promised to come back and take care of things, but when I called, they told me all they could do was only window themselves. They lack professionalism and accountability for their work. Customers! Be aware how they conduct business.

I am very pleased with Apple Glass, prices are amazing! Carlos answered my call early and fixed my junky cracked glass in less than 2 hours SAME Day! I wish I had a pic of how my windshield look before cause it was bad, I was quoted over 400 at another place and saved over 100 dollars! Thank you guys for the great Service!

Horrible experience, they had to come out 2 times and still didn't have the correct glass for our KW. Kept giving me excuses and apologizing. Will definitely NOT use them again. If I could give a 0star rating I would
