Apple Honda Catonsville Service Center

Had a horrible experience with O’donnell honda in catonsville. I would suggest people never come to do business here. Car was returned to me worse off than when it went in. They fixed nothing. Horrible customer service or care. They gave me zero alternatives as to how i could fix an engine issue other than you need to buy a new engine, which showed their greed and how much of a money grubber mentality they share. They didn't vacuum the car out after “completing” the service which most body shops just do in general and they returned my car with the backseat/trunk still wide open in the sedan. If i could give a zero stars out of 5 i would. Terrible company.

Odonnel Honda sales manager Ken Novak needs to learn customer service skills if he wants to continue serving the public at O’Donnell Honda. I went in on Saturday August 8 2025 with friends to purchase a new Crv. Sean the salesman was very helpful in assisting us find the car, giving us good advice and ultimately helping us get the deal and trade in value we were seeking. On Saturday he came back with a piece of paper and an amount he said was the out the door price. It seemed like the price did not include taxes and fees so we asked him where the taxes and fees were and he said they were included and the price was the out the door price. He went back to his manager to confirm and he came back a bit exasperated saying that yes the deal is the deal and the price he presented was the out th

Had a terrible experience at this dealer today. Had my car serviced under code A137, regular maintenance of oil change, engine coolant replacement and tire rotation. They want to skip the tire rotation again this time because they said it was done last year. Anyway we told them the tire rotation was already skipped at last oil change and they did it finally. After the service was completed, we saw the next day that another code B137 popped up. Drove to the dealer to find out why, the manager Steve said it is the next service to be scheduled. I said the new code should pop up when the next service is required. They said the car is designed that way. Though I never saw my car display next scheduled service code right after a service was completed during my 5 years with the car. He even told

Thank you! 3 stars for the employee responsible for the estimate and the repair of my car ——- He lacks communication as he did mot answer my phone calls amd neither my email messages to keep me posted about the status of my car repair. I find it unacceptable from a business.

Extremely dissatisfied with my service. Will never go to them again. I got my car towed there to fix my emergency brake and was told after hours of inspection that they'd have to purchase parts and replace the entire assembly for $1,100 between parts and labor. At 4pm, they said they didn't stock the parts, so I would need to make a decision quickly before they closed in order to have the parts in next day and my car complete by the next day. I decided against it and instead had my car towed to my job. In less than 5minutes of looking at it, one of my colleagues at work took the cover off my emergency brake and released it, enabling me to drive the vehicle with no problem. I paid this dealership a bench charge for them to look at the car for hours and then tell me it would be $1,100 to re
