Apple Honda Collision Repairs / Apple Honda Body Shop

Do not, I repeat again, do not contract with this company. They’re not BBB accredited and their customer service/communication skills are appalling. They had my car since November 18th, 2025 and I finally picked up my car on March 2nd, 2026. My experience with this company was so bad and I do not wish the same experience for anyone. There are several BBB accredited bodyshops in the area. My experience was financially traumatic and a huge inconvenience. Lasty, I repeat, stay away from this company. Below are pictures of work that had to be re-done.

After a thief damaged my door lock in an unsuccessful attempt to break into my car, I made an appointment to have the repairs done at the Apple O'Donnell Honda body shop in Catonsville. For about 15 years, I've trusted O'Donnell Honda Service Center in Ellicott City to perfom maintenance work and repairs on my cars. They have consistently serviced my cars expertly and honestly, but I wasn't familiar with the Catonsville body shop. Thankfully, the team I worked with, Kevin, Chris (aka Bubba), and Steve, soon put my mind at ease. Kevin was clear in explaining the work that was needed and why. Communication is extremely poor. The shop is very long winded, my car was never ready when they said that it would be. An est. 3-5 day bumper and grill repair turned into about a month and a half. My vehicle had multiple new scratches on the door and rear quarter panel when I initially went to retrieve my vehicle. The fog light was coming out and the gap between the hood and bumper/grill was abnormally large. When I questioned the manger about their work, I was told that not everyone is as picky as others. And they only owned up to the additional scratches after I produced the video of my car I made the day I dropped it off at the collision center. Also, when management is not there no one can do or tell you anything.

I had two separate claims. They were in communication about the timing of what would happen when and when the car would be ready. The car looked brand new when I picked it up and they cleaned it inside and out. The receptionist was also very kind and made the process easy to understand. I would definitely use them in the future.

Horrible customer service! We had a horrible experience with O’Donnell Collision. They inherited our car from Gerber collision. Gerber took the car apart and refused to fixed it after seeing previous damage that had NOTHING to do with the accident. They shoved all of the parts (fender, bumper, inside door panel, and more) inside the car and damaged them. We were then forced to find another shop and had my son’s car towed to O’Donnell collision to repair the hit and run damage. O’Donnell also refused to repair the car because the they didn’t want to be liable for the further damage made by Gerber’s negligence when shoving the removed parts inside the car.
